You can reach us by phone or email. For high-season periods (spring, summer and weekends), we recommend booking in advance.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; we ask that you vacate rooms by 10:00 AM on departure day. If you arrive early, we’ll do our best to minimize your wait.

Reservations are made by phone; booking is mandatory. Dinner is served from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and the restaurant is closed one day a week.

We require credit card details as a guarantee. You can cancel without penalty within the timeframe indicated in the booking confirmation; for changes or cancellations made beyond those terms, the stated conditions will apply.

Yes, the park features an infinity pool open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the summer season only. We provide pool towels; additional towels have a cost of €1.00, and we offer gazebos reserved exclusively for the suites.

To ensure guests’ comfort and hygiene, pets are not allowed inside the property.

We are open all year round, with occasional short closure periods that are announced in advance on our website.

Pisa Airport is approximately 10–15 minutes away. The nearest train stations are Pisa Centrale and Pontedera-Cascina.

Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. Chef Susy will be happy to create vegetarian, gluten-free or customized menus, keeping in mind that the kitchen does not have separate areas to ensure complete absence of cross-contamination.

We do not have connecting rooms; upon request we can assign adjacent rooms. We have one room with a terrace overlooking the garden.

Yes, the villa has free open-air parking for guests.
